Front Engine Mount Removal and Installation: Installation

  1. Connect the vacuum hose (A), then align the front engine mount (B) with its mounting holes and tighten the new front engine mount mounting bolts (C).

  2. Remove the jack and the wood block.
  3. Tighten the new front engine mount bolt (A), then install the front engine mount stop (B) using new nuts.

  4. Install the radiator and fan shroud (see RADIATOR AND FAN REPLACEMENT ).
  5. Install the engine cover (see step  57 under Engine Installation  ).
  6. Remove the splash shield (see SPLASH SHIELD REPLACEMENT ) and the front undercover (see FRONT UNDERCOVER REPLACEMENT ).
