July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Field Winding

  1. Check for continuity between brushes. If there is no continuity, replace the armature.
  2. Check for continuity between each brush and the armature housing (ground). If the continuity exist, replace the armature housing. See Fig 1 .
