Set Speed Does Not Cancel When Cruise Control Main Switch Is Turned Off

Check cruise control main switch. See CRUISE CONTROL MAIN SWITCH  under COMPONENT TESTS. Check cruise control unit inputs. See CRUISE CONTROL UNIT INPUT  under SYSTEM TESTS. Check for short or open circuit in Light Green wire between terminal No. 13 of cruise control unit, terminal No. 1 of brake switch and terminal No. 4 of cruise control main switch. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  .
