- Using ABS "T" wrench, bleed high pressure fluid from maintenance bleeder. See RELIEVING SYSTEM PRESSURE under BLEEDING BRAKE SYSTEM. Disconnect pressure switch 2-pin connector. Check continuity between pressure switch terminals. If continuity does not exist, go to next step. If continuity exists, pressure switch is defective. Replace pump assembly.
- Check continuity between Yellow wire terminal of pressure switch connector and ground. If continuity exists, repair short in Yellow wire between pressure switch and control unit. If continuity does not exist, check for loose control unit connectors. If connectors are okay, install a known-good control unit and retest.
