Bench Testing: Brushes
- Check for cracks and minimum brush length of .006" (1.5 mm). If damaged or worn, replace brushes. Brushes should slide smoothly in holders.
- On Integra, install new springs when replacing brushes. Solder brush wire. On Legend, replace brush holder assembly. On all models, new brush protrusion should be .41" (10.5 mm).
