Fast Idle Out Of Specifications

Check if PGM-FI light and Red LED light is on. This indicates that back-up system is in operation. Replace ECU with one known to be good and recheck. Check idle controls, coolant temperature sensor, throttle angle sensor, TDC sensor, intake air temperature sensor and atmospheric pressure sensor.
