Air Injection Pump: Service and Repair

Secondary Air Injection Pump Motor V101

Removing

- Remove the noise insulation. Refer to one of the following:

GTI

Eos and Passat

CC

- Remove the left front wheel housing liner..

- Loosen the hoses - 1 -, loosen the bolts - 2 -, disconnect the electrical connector - 3 - and remove the Secondary Air Injection (AIR) pump motor.






Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal.
