Ignition Coil Assembly Removal and Installation

Removal

1) Disconnect negative (-) cable from battery.
2) Remove engine cover. Air Cleaner Assembly Removal and Installation
3) Disconnect ignition coil connectors (1).
4) Remove ignition coil assembly (2).






Installation

Ignition Coil Assembly Inspection

Reverse removal procedure noting the following.

- Tighten ignition coil bolts to specified torque.

Tightening torque
Ignition coil bolt (a): 11 Nm (1.1 kgf-m, 8.5 lbf-ft)
