Air Cleaner Assembly Removal and Installation

Air Cleaner Components

Removal

1) Disconnect negative (-) cable at battery.
2) Disconnect MAF and IAT sensor connector (1).
3) Remove air cleaner outlet hose (2).
4) Remove air cleaner bolts No.1 (3) and No.2 (4).
5) Remove air cleaner assembly (5).






Installation

Reverse removal procedure for installation noting the following points:

- Align matchmark of air cleaner outlet hose and air cleaner suction hose when installing. Air Cleaner Components
- Install throttle body (1) side clamp bolt head (2) within specified range "a" shown below and tighten it to specified torque. Air Cleaner Components











- Tighten clamps and bolts to specified torque. Air Cleaner Components
