Seat Heater Unit Inspection (If Equipped)

Seatback

1) Disconnect seat heater harness connector (1) from seat cushion at rear side of seat.
2) Disconnect seat heater control module connector and measure resistance between terminals "5" and "11".

If check result is not as specified, replace front back heater.

Seat heater (seatback) standard resistance
: 6.9 - 8.4 ohms at 20 °C (68 °F)






Seat Cushion

Disconnect seat heater harness connector and measure resistance between terminals "2" and "3".

If check result is not as specified, replace front cushion heater.

Seat heater (seat cushion) standard resistance
: 4 - 8.4 ohms at 20 °C (68 °F)
