Radiator Cooling Fan Assembly On-Vehicle Inspection

Removal

1) Disconnect negative (-) cable at battery.
2) Drain coolant. Cooling System Draining
3) Remove radiator inlet hose (1), reservoir (2), air suction hose (3), air cleaner suction pipe (4), fluid level gauge and fluid level gauge guide (CVT model) (5).
4) Disconnect connector (6) of cooling fan motor.






5) Remove cooling fan mounting bolts (1).
6) Remove radiator cooling fan assembly (2).






Installation

Reverse removal procedure for installation noting the following.

- Refill cooling system. Cooling System Refilling
- After installation, verify there is no coolant leakage at each connection.
