KF31 - Check PCM

- Key "OFF".

- Low Fan Control (LFC) relay disconnected.

- High Fan Control (HFC) relay connected.

- Disconnect Powertrain Control Module (PCM).

- Key "ON", engine ""OFF"".

- Does fan run?

Yes -- Key "OFF". Replace HFC relay. Reconnect all components. Re-evaluate symptom.

No -- Key "OFF". Go to KF32. KF32 - Check ACPSW Circuit For Short to Ground
