Replacement Parts

Front Longitudinal Member. Refer to the Electronic Parts Information (ETKA).
Longitudinal Member Reinforcement. Refer to the Electronic Parts Information (ETKA).
End Plate. Refer to the Electronic Parts Information (ETKA).

NOTE:

The longitudinal member reinforcement cannot be removed from the new part without destroying it and must always be replaced.

-- Loosen the original joint of the longitudinal member.

-- Remove the longitudinal member reinforcement from the front longitudinal member.

-- Loosen the original joint of the longitudinal member extension to the floor.

-- Drill in the area -1- through two panels.

-- Remove the longitudinal member extension from the front longitudinal member.

-- Remove any remaining pieces.

-- Grind the welding surfaces down to bare metal.

-- Drill the 8 mm diameter holes with for a gas-shielded arc plug weld seam.
