Front Longitudinal Member --. Refer to the Electronic Parts Information (ETKA).

-- Transfer the separation cut -2- and -3- to the new part -4-.

Dimension -a- = 25 mm

-- Disconnect the cover plate for the longitudinal member and the front longitudinal member using the Body Saw.

NOTE:

The front longitudinal member must not be damaged when separating the longitudinal member cover plate.

-- Remove the cross-hatched section -4-.

-- Grind the welding surfaces for the gas-shielded arc continuous weld seam down to bare metal.

-- Grind the welding surfaces for the straight-line spot weld seam down to bare metal.
