If sub-parts are delivered, fit them and butt weld them using a gas-shielded arc continuous weld seam.

Welding and sanding must always be performed with an evacuation system.
Never weld and sand in any area at the same time.
Clean the work area regularly depending on the amount of dust.
Accumulated dust must not be blown away with compressed air.
The evacuation system must be cleaned regularly.
At the same time pay attention to the corresponding country-specific legislation.
Only use tools and materials for aluminum repairs.
Always only use new bolts.
Make sure there is enough work space for evacuating.
When sanding aluminum components check that steel inserting elements are present in the sanding area.
When welding on the aluminum components the battery and all control modules must be disconnected.
Temperature control while welding is absolutely required, so that the carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) sections are not warmed over 90 °C and damaged.
