Control Module for Emergency Call Module and Communication Unit -J949-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, THROUGH PRODUCT IMPROVEMENT: Removing

-- Turn off the ignition and all electrical equipment. Set the ignition key outside of the vehicle.
-- Remove the Infotainment system display. Refer to INFOTAINMENT SYSTEM DISPLAY, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Remove the bolts -3-.
-- Guide the bracket -2- with the Control Module for Emergency Call Module and Communication Unit -J949- -1- out of the instrument panel.
-- Release and disconnect the connectors -4-.
-- Release the retaining tabs at the Control Module for Emergency Call Module and Communication Unit -J949- -1- -arrows-.
-- Remove the Control Module for Emergency Call Module and Communication Unit -J949- -1- from the bracket -2-.
