Repair Information: CIRCLIPS

Do not stretch circlips.
Replace damaged or stretched circlips.
Circlips must fit into the base of the groove.

Installation position for circlips -1- with beveled endings:

Hold the side of the narrower opening -a- with the pliers -2-.

The side with the wider opening -b- faces toward the component to be secured.
