Windshield Wiper, Bringing Into Service Position
CAUTION:
Risk of damaging the front lid by moving the windshield wipers back to the basic setting.
- Never move a vehicle with the windshield wiper arms folded up.
CAUTION:
Risk of damage by operating frozen wiper blades.
- Let the wiper blades defrost before operating.
Tip
The windshield wiper motor runs only if the hood is completely closed.
-- Switch the ignition on and off.
-- Move the windshield wiper lever to the "one-touch wiping position" within 10 seconds.
