Control Module for Emergency Call Module and Communication Unit -J949-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing

-- Move the right front seat into its highest position and the move it all the back.

-- Turn off the ignition and all electrical equipment.

-- If equipped remove the ignition key.

-- Pull the lever -2- for seat forward/backward adjustment up and hold it.

-- Push the module carrier -1- for the Control Module for Emergency Call Module and Communication Unit -J949- -3- outward in the direction of -arrow A- and lift it in the direction of -arrow B- at the tunnel.

-- Pivot the module carrier -1- for the Control Module for Emergency Call Module and Communication Unit -J949- -3- out of the outer mount.

-- Turn the module carrier -1- for the Control Module for Emergency Call Module and Communication Unit -J949- -3- around.

-- Disconnect the connectors -3 and 4- on the Control Module for Emergency Call Module and Communication Unit -J949- -2-.

-- Remove the Control Module for Emergency Call Module and Communication Unit -J949- -2- from the module carrier -1-.
