Overview - Transmission Housing Cover And 5TH/6TH Gear
- Transmission Housing
- Remove together with the 5th/6th gear. Refer to TRANSMISSION, DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING .
- Servicing. Refer to TRANSMISSION HOUSING, SERVICING .
- 5th Gear
- Remove individually. Refer to TRANSMISSION HOUSING COVER AND 5TH/6TH GEAR, REMOVING .
- Remove together with the transmission housing. Refer to TRANSMISSION, DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING .
- Sleeve
- 6th Gear
- Remove individually. Refer to TRANSMISSION HOUSING COVER AND 5TH/6TH GEAR, REMOVING .
- Remove together with the transmission housing. Refer to TRANSMISSION, DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING .
- Inner Race/Cylindrical Roller Bearing
- For the output shaft
- Mark before removing
- Do not confuse with the input shaft inner race/cylindrical roller bearing
- Bolt
- 80 Nm +90°
- Replace after removing
- For the output shaft
- Self-locking
- Transmission Housing Cover
- With cylindrical roller bearing for input and output shaft
- Servicing. Refer to TRANSMISSION HOUSING COVER, SERVICING .

- Replace after removing

- Self-locking
- Inner Race/Cylindrical Roller Bearing with Thrust Washer

- Replace together with the needle bearing

- Replace together with the sleeve

- 6th Gear Assembly
- Spring Washer
- 6th Gear Synchronizer Ring
- 5th/6th Gear Locking Collar with Synchronizer Hub
- Remove individually. Refer to TRANSMISSION HOUSING COVER AND 5TH/6TH GEAR, REMOVING .
- Remove together with the transmission housing. Refer to TRANSMISSION, DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING .
- Disassembling and Assembling. Refer to Fig 1 and Fig 2.
- Adjusting. Refer to Figure.
- 5th Gear Synchronizer Ring
- Replace after removing
- It is damaged when removing from the input shaft with the Puller - Transmission Gears: T10309A . Refer to TRANSMISSION HOUSING COVER AND 5TH/6TH GEAR, REMOVING - Remove the 6th Gear Assembly Alone with the Input Shaft Inner Race/Cylindrical Roller Bearing, Thrust Washer and 6th Gear Synchronizer Ring, or Remove the 6th Gear Assembly Together with the 5th/6th Gear Synchronizer Hub, 6th Gear Needle Bearing Inner Race and 5th Gear Synchronizer Ring. .
