Component Location Overview - Components Outside Of Vehicle Interior
For A/C systems with refrigerant R1234yf, the desiccant bag/dryer cartridge must be replaced each time the refrigerant circuit is opened. Refer to COMPONENTS, REPLACING .
Under certain conditions, the desiccant bag no longer needs to be replaced each time the refrigerant circuit is opened on A/C systems with refrigerant R134a. Refer to Components, Replacing .
- Vehicle Interior Forced Air Extraction
- Checking. Refer to Vehicle Diagnostic Tester and VEHICLE INTERIOR FORCED AIR EXTRACTION, CHECKING .
- Removing and Installing. Refer to VEHICLE INTERIOR FORCED AIR EXTRACTION, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- A/C Humidity Sensor -G260-
- Check: via the Vehicle Electrical System Control Module -J519- using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester in the "Guided Fault Finding" function. Refer to => Wiring Diagram.

- Expansion Valve

- Desiccant Bag
