Instrument Panel, Removing And Installing: Installing

NOTE:

Check all the fasteners for damage and replace if necessary.

-- Make sure that the mounts -2- are secured inside the body before installing the instrument panel -1-.

-- With a second technician push the instrument panel -1- in the three mounts -2- in the windshield transition area.

-- Insert the instrument panel using the left and right tab -arrow A- so it exactly fits in the guide holes.

-- Tighten the instrument panel -1- with the bolt -2- on the crossmember.

-- On the left side, install the instrument panel -1- on the crossmember using the two screws -4-.

-- On the right side, install the instrument panel -1- on the crossmember using the two screws -3-.

-- On the left side install the instrument panel -1- with the bolt -2- on the crossmember.

-- For LHD vehicles, install the instrument panel -1- on the crossmember using the screw -3- on the right side.

NOTE:

The bolt -3- for securing the instrument panel -1- is not present on RHD vehicles.

-- In the center, install the instrument panel -1- on the crossmember using the three screws -4-.

-- Tighten the instrument panel -1- with the bolt -2- on the crossmember.

Install in reverse order of removal.
