Overview - Radiator/Coolant Fan: Notes

Coolant Cooler and Condenser
- Clip
- Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor on Radiator Outlet -G83-
- Removing and installing. Refer to Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor on Radiator Outlet -G83-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Air Guide
- Coolant Hose
- Lift the retaining clamp to remove
- Connecting. Refer to Fig 2
- O-ring
- Always replace
- Radiator
- After replacing, replace all the coolant.
- Removing and installing. Refer to RADIATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Coolant Hose
- Lift the retaining clamp to remove
- Connecting. Refer to Fig 2
- O-ring
- Always replace
- Coolant Line
- To the coolant reservoir
- To remove, press the release ring
- Connecting. Refer to Fig 2
- O-ring
- Always replace
- Rubber Bushing
- For the radiator
- Retaining Pin
- Disengage and remove using screwdriver
- Air Guide
- Condenser
- Removing and installing. Refer to CONDENSER .
- Air Guide
- Rubber Bushing
- For the radiator
- Radiator Bracket
- Bolt
- 5 Nm
- Rubber Buffer
- Screw
- 4.5 Nm
- O-ring
- Always replace
- Coolant Hose
- Lift the retaining clamp to remove
- Connect to the radiator. Refer to Fig 2
- O-ring
- Always replace
NOTE:
Replacing the damaged clip -4-.
-- Remove the old O-ring -2- in the coolant hose -3-.
-- Coat the new O-ring with coolant and install it in the coolant hose.
-- Press the coolant hose onto the connection -1- until it engages audibly.
-- Press the coolant hose on again and pull to make sure the connection is engaged correctly.
