Overview - Radiator/Coolant Fan: Notes

Coolant Cooler and Condenser

  1. Clip
  2. Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor on Radiator Outlet -G83-
  3. Air Guide
  4. Coolant Hose
    • Lift the retaining clamp to remove
    • Connecting. Refer to Fig 2
  5. O-ring
    • Always replace
  6. Radiator
  7. Coolant Hose
    • Lift the retaining clamp to remove
    • Connecting. Refer to Fig 2
  8. O-ring
    • Always replace
  9. Coolant Line
    • To the coolant reservoir
    • To remove, press the release ring
    • Connecting. Refer to Fig 2
  10. O-ring
    • Always replace
  11. Rubber Bushing
    • For the radiator
  12. Retaining Pin
    • Disengage and remove using screwdriver
  13. Air Guide
  14. Condenser
    • Removing and installing. Refer to CONDENSER .
  15. Air Guide
  16. Rubber Bushing
    • For the radiator
  17. Radiator Bracket
  18. Bolt
    • 5 Nm
  19. Rubber Buffer
  20. Screw
    • 4.5 Nm
  21. O-ring
    • Always replace
  22. Coolant Hose
    • Lift the retaining clamp to remove
    • Connect to the radiator. Refer to Fig 2
  23. O-ring
    • Always replace

NOTE:

Replacing the damaged clip -4-.

-- Remove the old O-ring -2- in the coolant hose -3-.

-- Coat the new O-ring with coolant and install it in the coolant hose.

-- Press the coolant hose onto the connection -1- until it engages audibly.

-- Press the coolant hose on again and pull to make sure the connection is engaged correctly.
