Fluid Drain and Check Plug
- 45 Nm
- There is an overflow pipe with a 8 mm inner hex behind this bolt -item ) OVERVIEW - MECHATRONIC - Overflow Pipe
- Drain the transmission fluid via the drain- and check plug and removed overflow pipe.
Seal
- Always replace after removing
Overflow Pipe
- 3 Nm
- Plastic
- To drain the transmission fluid, remove the drain and check plug -item ) OVERVIEW - MECHATRONIC - Fluid Drain and Check Plug and remove the overflow pipe.
- The length of the overflow pipe determines the fluid level inside the transmission.
- Allocation. Refer to the Parts Information.
Bolt
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to TIGHTENING SPECIFICATION AND SEQUENCE DSG TRANSMISSION MECHATRONICJ743. .
- Always replace after removing
- Quantity 10
Oil Pan
- Removing and installing. Refer to OIL PAN, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Bolt
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to TIGHTENING SPECIFICATION AND TIGHTENING SEQUENCE OF THE OIL PAN A. .
- Always replace after removing
- Quantity: 5
Seal
- Always replace after removing
DSG Transmission Mechatronic -J743-
- Always replace the O-ring after removing.
- With O-rings on connector
- Removing and installing. Refer to MECHATRONIC, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Bleed Cap
- Placed on bleed pipe
Bleed Pipe
- Always replace after removing
- Pressed into transmission
Transmission Oil Pump
- Insert with new seal
- Removing and installing. Refer to TRANSMISSION FLUID PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Transmission Oil Pump Cover
- Always replace after removing
- With seal
- Removing and installing. Refer to TRANSMISSION FLUID PUMP COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Bolt
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to TIGHTENING SPECIFICATION AND SEQUENCE OF THE TRANSMISSION FLUID PUMP COVER A. .
- Always replace after removing
- Quantity: 4

- Different versions. For the correct allocation. Refer to the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
