Check Valve In Refrigerant Line From Valve Block, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:

-- Replace the O-rings and before installing coat the O-ring lightly with refrigerant oil. Refer to REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT SEALS . Refer to the Parts Information for the version.

-- Check the alignment pin for damage and proper seating.

-- Check the routing of the refrigerant lines after attaching. They must be inserted into the provided brackets and must not come in contact with other components.

-- Reinstall the removed components in the reverse order and reattach detached components.

-- Evacuate and fill the refrigerant circuit. Refer to Refrigerant Circuit (Refrigerant R134a Servicing, Refrigerant Circuit, Working with A/C Service Station) or Working with A/C Service Station (1 Of 2) / Working with A/C Service Station (2 Of 2) .

-- Initiate the A/C system basic setting through the Thermal Management Control Module -J1024-, and activate the power-controlled valves through the stored routine "Charge/flush the refrigerant circuit stop routine" using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.

-- Start the A/C system after charging the refrigerant circuit. Refer to A/C SYSTEM, STARTING AFTER CHARGING REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT .
