ATF Cooler: Installing
Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:
NOTE:
Replace the O-ring after disassembly.
-- Install the plate spring. See -item 6-:
- It must contact the washer -item 5-.
- The convex side of the plate spring faces up.
-- Insert the tab -arrow B- into the opening in the transmission housing when installing the ATF cooler -1-.
-- Install the coolant hoses to the ATF cooler according the markings made during the removal.
-- Check the coolant level and fill if necessary. Refer to COOLING SYSTEM, CHECKING FOR LEAKS .
-- Install the battery tray and the battery. Refer to [For engine(s) CVCA,CPRA,CBTA,CPKA,CPLA,CJAA,CBUA,CPPA,CCTA,CBFA] Removal and Installation .
-- Check the ATF level. Refer to Checking .
-- Install the engine cover by gently pushing the engine cover down, and the air filter. Refer to AIR FILTER HOUSING .
