Refrigerant Oil

NOTE:

The special refrigerant oil (for use with refrigerant circuits R134a only) is no longer obtainable on the refrigerant/machine oil market.

Do not use refrigerant oil that was stored for long periods of time in open containers.

This quantity of refrigerant oil is in a replacement A/C compressor and equates to the total capacity.

Refrigerant oil can be obtained using following part number; for:
6CVC 140; Delphi G 052 300 A2 or G 052 154 A2
7SEU17C; 6SEU14C; Denso G 052 300 A2
PXE16; Sanden G 052 154 A2
Type Total Capacity
6CVC 140; Delphi 110 cm3 ±10 cm3
6SEU14C; Denso 90 cm3 ±10 cm3
7SEU17C; Denso 140 cm3 ±10 cm3
PXE16; Sanden 110 cm3 ±10 cm3
  1. This quantity of refrigerant oil is in a replacement A/C compressor and equates to the total capacity.

Important Information:

Refrigerant oil attracts moisture. Close any opened containers immediately after use to prevent moisture from entering.

Refrigerant oil, because of its chemical properties, must not be disposed of with engine oils or transmission oils.

Oil Distribution 

The oil, which is located in the sump of the A/C compressor before initially switching on the air conditioner system, is distributed through the refrigerant circuit as follows:
