Door Handle And Door Lock Overview
NOTE:
The illustration shows a left fender. The right fender is identical.
- Door Lock
- Door lock can only be removed in conjunction with subframe
- Removing and installing, refer to DOOR LOCK .
- Bolt
- Tightening specification: 4 Nm
- For lock cylinder
- Mounting Bracket
- Removing and installing, refer to MOUNTING BRACKET .
- Lock Cylinder
- Removing and installing, refer to LOCK CYLINDER .
- Only the driver door has a lock cylinder.
- Backing
- Cover
- Driver side with lock cylinder, removing and installing, refer to LOCK CYLINDER COVER CAP .
- Passenger side without lock cylinder, removing and installing, refer to CAP WITHOUT LOCK CYLINDER .
- Door Handle
- Removing and installing, refer to DOOR HANDLE .
- Bolt
- Tightening specification: 1 Nm
- Mounting bracket is disengaged from door by loosening this bolt.
- Cable
- From the door lock to the mounting bracket.
- Cable
- For unlocking the lock by the interior door mechanism.
- With grommet as pass-through on subframe.
- Bolt
- Tightening specification: 20 Nm
- Quantity: 2
