Steering Gear Overview: Notes

Currently, there is no service work to be performed on the steering gear.
- Right Tie Rod End
- Identified with "A". Refer to TIE ROD .
- Removing and installing, refer to TIE ROD END .
- Checking, refer to STEERING GEAR OVERVIEW .
- Installed position, refer to TIE ROD END .
- Nut
- 70 Nm
- Clamp
- Boot
- Must not be twisted after the toe is adjusted.
- Removing and installing, refer to BOOT .
- Clamp
- Always replace.
- Tie Rod
- 100 Nm
- Removing and installing, refer to TIE ROD .
- Long Bonded Rubber Bushing
- Left, rear with centering.
- Replacing, refer to STEERING GEAR BONDED RUBBER BUSHING .
- Steering Gear
- Removing and installing, refer to STEERING GEAR .
- Long Bonded Rubber Bushing
- Right rear.
- Replacing, refer to STEERING GEAR BONDED RUBBER BUSHING .
- Short Bonded Rubber Bushing
- Left and right front.
- Replacing, refer to STEERING GEAR BONDED RUBBER BUSHING .
- Plate
- Left Tie Rod End
- Identified with a "B". Refer to TIE ROD END .
- Removing and installing, refer to TIE ROD END .
- Checking, refer to STEERING GEAR OVERVIEW .
- Installed position, refer to TIE ROD END .
