Accelerator Pedal Module

Special tools and workshop equipment required 

Removing 

-- Remove the steering column cover retainers -arrows- and cover.

-- Pry out the cap -3- using a screwdriver.

-- Remove the bolt -2-.

-- Disconnect the connector -1- (5-pin) VAS from the accelerator pedal module.

-- Using the release tool T10238, insert it all the way as shown into the openings provided and remove the accelerator pedal module.

Installing 

-- Connect the connector -1- to the accelerator pedal module -4-. Lock the connector -arrow-.

-- Push the accelerator pedal module onto the studs -5-.

-- Insert the centering pin -6- into the hole in the floor panel.

-- Tighten the bolt -2- to secure the accelerator pedal module and replace the cap -3-.

-- Install the steering column cover and retainers -arrows-.
