Removal and Installation

- Remove the instrument cluster finish panel. For additional information, refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL & CONSOLE -- FUSION, MILAN & MKZ article.
- Disconnect the in-vehicle temperature sensor aspirator hose connection at the heater core and evaporator core housing.
- Detach the in-vehicle temperature sensor aspirator hose pin-type retainer.
- Lower the glove compartment.
- Remove the 4 RH instrument panel finish moulding screws.
- Remove the RH instrument panel finish moulding.
- Detach the in-vehicle temperature sensor grille from the instrument panel.
- Detach the in-vehicle temperature sensor grille from the in-vehicle temperature sensor.
- Disconnect the in-vehicle temperature sensor electrical connector.
- Remove the in-vehicle temperature sensor and aspirator hose assembly.
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
