Remote Control Keys, Adapting To Immobilizer

Adaptation of keys to anti-theft immobilizer is performed using Vehicle Diagnostic, Testing and Information System VAS 5051 A.

-- Select "Guided Fault Finding" on the diagnostic tester VAS 5051 A.

-- Using the "Go to" button, select "Function/Component selection" and the following menu items one after another:

• Body
• Electrical Equipment (Repair Groups 01; 27; and 90 to 97)
• 01 - On Board Diagnostic (OBD) capable systems
• Anti-Theft Immobilizer
• Anti-theft immobilizer functions
• Ignition key adaptation
