Engine, Securing On Engine And Transmission Holder: Procedure

-- Separate the transmission from the engine, refer to ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION, SEPARATING .

-- Engage the Lifting Tackle 3033 as follows.

Flywheel side: Position 3.
Vibration damper side: Position 9.

-- Secure the engine with the Holding Fixture VW540 or Engine/Transmission Holder - Universal Mounting VAS 6095/1 on the Engine And Transmission Holder VAS 6095.
