- Gear Shift Unit
- Consisting of the gear shift shaft and the gear shift cover.
- The components cannot be separated from each other.
- Backup Lamp Switch -F4-
- 20 Nm
- Coat the threads lightly with MoS 2
grease.
- Locking Pin
- For adjusting the shift mechanism.
- Removing, refer to Figure.
- Installing, refer to Figure.
- Relay Lever
- Bushing
- Not needed with the plastic relay lever.
- Seal
- Pry out using a screwdriver.
- Installing, refer to Figure.
- Nut
- 23 Nm
- Always replace.
- Self-locking.
- Transmission Shift Lever
- Install so that the master spline aligns with the shift rod.
- Can be replaced with the shift mechanism still installed.
- Installed position, refer to Figure.
- Cap
- For transmission ventilation.
- Lock Washer
- Always replace.
- Not needed with the plastic relay lever.
- Cover
- Spring
- Not installed in all transmissions.
- Install if present.
