Distance -a- is distance between Automatic Cruise Control (ACC) sensor -G550- mirror and ACC adjustment toolVAS 6041 and VAS 6430 measuring field
If necessary, use the precision spoiler adapterV.A.G 1813/12 to equalize the height between the ACC adjustment toolVAS 6041 and VAS 6430 and the vehicle alignment platform.
-- Guide a screw driver through opening -arrow A- and press tab -arrow B- downward.
-- Remove VW emblem.

- Vertical or measuring block 6-3 adjusting screw Fig 5
- Must not be turned - functions only as a pivot point

Measuring block 6-3
Example:
Value 0.1 corresponds to 4 mm on VAS 6041/2 and/or VAS 6430/2
The display on Vehicle diagnostic tester show a value of 0.6 in measured values block 6-2 and a value of -1.0 in measured values block 6-3.
These values lead to a measuring point -arrow- that consists of the following values:
-a- = 24 mm
-b- = 40 mm
