With the scan tool, read HVAC DTCs.

Are the DTCs B102F-Rear Blend Request Input Circuit High and B113E-Rear Mode Request Circuit High also present and Active?

Yes

Go to TEST STEP 4 - CHECK THE (C955) SIGNAL GROUND CIRCUIT FOR A SHORT TO VOLTAGE
