Pump-Injector unit, servicing

- Always replace sealing rings and O-rings
1 - 20 Nm plus an additional 1/4turn (90 ° )
- Always replace

2 - Rocker arm axle
- With rocker arm
- Removing and installing. Refer to Pump-Injector Unit, removing and installing , removing and installing Pump-Injector Unit
3 - Lock nut, 30 Nm
4 - Adjustment bolt
- Replace when installing a new Pump-Injector Unit and if traces of wear are present
- Grease contact surface to ball pin of Pump-Injector Unit with G 000 100
- Adjusting. Refer to Pump-Injector Unit, removing and installing , removing and installing Pump-Injector Unit
5 - Pump-Injector Unit
- Check ball pin for traces of wear, replace if necessary
- Grease contact surface to adjustment bolt with G 000 100
- Removing and installing. Refer to Pump-Injector Unit, removing and installing
- Checking Valve for pump/injector, cylinder 1 -N240- to Valve for pump/injector, cylinder 3 -N242-*. Refer to Pump-Injector Unit, checking
6 - O-ring
- Always replace
7 - O-ring
- Always replace
8 - O-ring
- Always replace
9 - Heat protection seal
- Always replace
10 - Snap ring
11 - Cylinder head
12 - Tension block
13 - 12 Nm plus an additional 3/4turn (270 ° )
