Checking Wires To Transmission Control Module (TCM)

• Connect test box to Transmission Control Module (TCM) wiring harness. Refer to Test box, connecting for wiring test 
• Check wires between test box and 16-pin connector to Transmission Control Module (TCM) for open circuit according to wiring diagram.

Terminal 13 + socket 22

Terminal 14 + socket 21

Wire resistance: max. 1.5 Ω

• Check wires for short circuit to each other.

Specified value: ∞ Ω

If no malfunctions are found in wires:

• Replace Transmission Control Module (TCM) -J217-. Refer to Transmission Control Module (TCM), replacing  .
