Diagnostic mode 9: Vehicle information
Function
In this diagnostic mode, vehicle specific diagnostic data such as e.g. control module versions will be displayed.
Requirement
- There must not be any DTCs stored in DTC memory. Refer to Diagnostic mode 3: Check DTC Memory
Work procedure
- Connect diagnostic tester. Refer to Diagnostic tester, connecting
- Switch ignition on.
- Under address word 33, select "Diagnostic mode 9: Vehicle information".
- Select desired vehicle information "Test-ID XX".
