Front Door, Adjusting

For proper door adjustment, door hinges must be loosened at pillar. Other measures, such as aligning the door upward, are not effective. Excess pressure thereafter will again cause the door to sag.

Upper Door Hinge through 05.00

  1. Door hinge
  2. Threaded pins
  3. Nut (20 Nm + 90°)
  4. Bolt (20 Nm + 90°)
  5. Bolt (27 Nm)

Upper Door Hinge from 06.00

  1. Door hinge
  2. Threaded pins
  3. Nut (20 Nm + 90°)
  4. Bolt (20 Nm + 90°)
  5. Bolt (27 Nm)

Bottom Door Hinge

  1. Door hinge
  2. Set screw (13 Nm)
  3. Bolt (20 Nm + 90°)
NOTE:

Always replace bolts -4- at upper hinge and -3- at lower hinge when loosened. Replace corresponding threaded pins -2- on upper door hinge when loosening nuts -3-.
