Read Measuring Value Block (function 08)

Use this function to determine immobilizer system status.
- Connect VAG 1551 Scan Tool (ST), input address word 17, "Instrument cluster", and press -> button until "Select function XX" appears in display. Scan Tool Connecting and Initial Checks
