Fuel System: Turbocharger: Installation
- Install wastegate by-pass valve Blue hose and secure with clamp. Apply anti-seize compound to bolt threads. Install turbocharger-to-exhaust manifold bolts finger-tight. Install and tighten turbocharger-to-exhaust manifold nut.
- Install and tighten turbocharger/engine mount. Install oil return line with NEW seal. Install front exhaust pipe with NEW gasket. Fill turbocharger with engine oil through oil supply connection and install oil supply line. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Tighten components to specification.
