Section 1 (Air Bag Restraint System): Servicing

Manufacturer recommends replacing air bag system every 10 years. Components to be replaced are air bag unit, spiral spring, control unit and both deceleration sensors. Replacement year and month appear on a sticker located on driver-side sun visor. If sun visor is replaced, SRS replacement information must be transferred to new sun visor.
