Vacuum Control Motor Vent Valve Does Not Work

1. Connect a jumper wire to terminal No. 7 and touch it briefly to ground.
2. If vent valve clicks, proceed to next test.
3. If vent valve does not click, check the following:
a. Repair broken wire.
b. Replace vacuum control motor.
